Posting engaging and relevant industry content is a great way to meet new connections and build relationships with current ones. Writing about what you know about the industry will make you more appealing to fellow LinkedIn users who are searching for employees. Regularly posting relatable content on LinkedIn can do wonders for your profile. Give it a try and watch the opportunities roll in.

Post Consistently

Post consistently on the platform, however, please note that posting consistently does not mean frequently. Yes, post 3-5 times a week, however, there is no need to post 3-5 times a day as this can result in a lot of your posts getting lost (which can mean a lot of your hard work being wasted). Come up with a posting strategy and stick to this. Do some audience research, see the days and times your audience is most active, and post at these times. Research has shown that people who post once a week see 2x more engagement than those who post less frequently.

Be Proactive With Your Outreach

You cannot expect your audience to always come to you, sometimes you need to go and find your audience yourself. Build your community by searching for individuals who are similar to you and think like you. Having one genuine connection will be more valuable than 150 random connections.
